Hp Smart Start Install From Usb

I am trying to load a new server using HP SmartStart I downloaded the client's Server 2008 from the Microsoft VLSC as an ISO image and transferred that image to a usb drive and selected 'USB Key' as my installation file source in the HP SmartStart program.. It finds the usb drive and the software (it has a 'disk' icon next to the software name), but the setup will not proceed.. Anu suggestions on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated HERE

I must have downloaded a CD Image but need something different to use the usb key option in SmartStart. 2
